Privacy Policy

Halligan Labs LLC (“Halligan Labs,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at halliganlabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and your choices. It applies only to this website. Our products are governed by their own policies — Meet Luna has a separate privacy policy at meetluna.app.
We keep this short because our collection is simple: this is an informational site. We don’t run accounts here, we don’t sell anything here, and we don’t track you across the web.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you email us (for example, at hello@halliganlabs.com), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Automatically, when you visit. Our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is ordinary server telemetry used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We don’t use it to build a profile of you.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — for example, which pages are visited and roughly where visitors arrive from. It is privacy-respecting and cookieless: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not identify individual visitors, and does not track you across other websites. It is provided by Cloudflare, who already host this site, so it introduces no additional third party.
Cookies. This site does not use cookies. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless.
How we use information
Only to: respond to your inquiries; operate, secure, and improve the site; and comply with law. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run the site — our hosting, content-delivery, and analytics provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider — which process information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal compliance, where we are required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Links to other sites
This site links to other properties, including Meet Luna (meetluna.app), and may link to third-party websites. Those are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. In particular, anything you do on Meet Luna — including requesting a beta invite — is covered by Meet Luna’s privacy policy, not this one.
Retention
We keep contact emails for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our records. Server logs are retained on our providers’ standard schedules and then expire.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@halliganlabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Age
This site is intended for adults, and our products — including Meet Luna — require users to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, email hello@halliganlabs.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and material changes will be reflected here.
