These terms govern your use of halliganlabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Halligan Labs LLC (“Halligan Labs,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This is an informational website about our studio and our work. It is not a product, and using it does not create an account or any ongoing service. Our products have their own terms — Meet Luna is governed by its own Terms of Use at meetluna.app.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including the Halligan Labs name and logo, text, design, images, and the Halligan-bar illustrations and 3D artwork — are owned by Halligan Labs LLC or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content or marks for your own purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to do anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt, attack, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure, or scrape it in a way that burdens the service.
Third-party links
The Site links to other properties, including Meet Luna, and may link to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of sites we link to. Meet Luna is a separate product governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halligan Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms or the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated effective date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
